OREANDA-NEWS. On June 21, 2013, Transaero Airlines held the Board of Directors meeting .The members of the Board were elected at the Annual Shareholder Meeting on June 15, 2013.

The Company's Board of Directors elected Alexander Pleshakov as its Chairman.

Olga Pleshakova, General Director Transaero Airlines, was elected as the Chairman of the Executive Board.

The Board of Directors appointed an Executive Board consisting of 10 members. The members of the Executive Board are: Olga Pleshakova, Georgiy Barinov, Pavel Goncharuk, Dmitry Erzakovich, Alexander Ignatov, Mikhail Korobovich, Alexander Krinichansky, Arkadiy Matveev, Dmitry Stolyarov and Yevgeny Temyakov.

The Board of Directors also considered the issues pertaining to formation of its committees as well as to activities of the company's representative offices.
