Moderately high capital adequacy, high loan portfolio security and good balance of assets and liabilities, by their maturities, in the short- and mid-terms support 'IVANOVO' commercial bank rating. The high share of long-term funding in the liabilities, the low resource base reliance on the major lenders' funds and the provisioning policy adequate to the currently accepted risks are also typical of the Bank.

The Agency highlights insufficient diversification of active transactions by customers and considerable reliance on the retail customers' funds as the factors having a negative impact on the Bank rating.
