The growth was driven mainly by DIXY chain organic expansion, and helped by re-branding of ex-Victoria neighborhood stores into DIXY banner throughout 2012.

• Retail revenue of Victoria Division decreased to RUR 2.2 bln (USD 68.8 mln) in May 2013 from RUR 3.4 bln (USD 111.8 mln) in May 2012. This decline was caused mainly by Victoria neighborhood stores transfer into DIXY banner in 2012, which led to the reduction of the neighborhood stores number in Victoria Division to 45 stores in May 2013 from 195 stores in May 2012. As a result, retail revenue from Victoria neighborhood stores decreased year-on-year by 79.5% in RUR (79.9% in USD) to RUR 416.1 mln (USD 13.3 mln) in May 2013.
