OREANDA-NEWS. State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’and the Association of Innovation Regions of Russia (AIRR) entered into an agreement on cooperation.

The agreement was signed by Vnesheconombank Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev and – by AIRR Council Chairman, Tatarstan’s President Rustam Minnikhanov.

The agreement provides for promoting long-term cooperation in implementing investment projects and programs in innovations and high technologies on the territory of AIRR regions.

The parties intend to set up engineering network infrastructure that would help to adapt scientific developments for industrial production and for commercialization of technologies and knowledge.

The agreement’s implementation would help to create a network of technology centers with a range of resources including personnel, equipment and technologies required for transforming scientific ideas into products in demand by production facilities.
