OREANDA-NEWS. PIK Group, a leading Russian real estate developer focusing on large-scale residential projects within the Moscow Metropolitan Area and selected Russian regions, today at St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2013 has signed an agreement with the Government of the Kaliningrad region for construction of cultural and recreational project in the Otradnoe village, located in Svetlogorsk in Kaliningrad region.

The project is to develop an attractive and comfortable environment that people aspire to live in, as well as the development of year-round Russian and international tourism in the Kaliningrad region and creation of the necessary infrastructure for FIFA World Cup 2018 training ground.

The project will incorporate an aqua park, hotels, a year-round resort hotel and residential part.

Construction of a full range of cultural and entertainment objects in one of the most attractive parts of Svetlogorsk, as well the creation of a modern resort environment, will help the city and the region reach a new level for year-round Russian and international tourism.
