Sviaz-Bank now has two more partners under its New Home program, ZemProjectStroy CJSC, a member of the Morton Group of Companies, and Springtime Housing Complex LLC, that are building two housing neighborhoods – Sacramento in Balashikha district and Springtime in Podolsk district of Moscow Region.

The Bank’s customers can purchase apartments in Buildings 6, 11, 15, 20-22, 24-26, 29-31, 36, 43-69, and 72-76 of Sacramento neighborhood and in Buildings 1 and 2 of Springtime neighborhood.

Sacramento is an affordable low-storied housing complex in Balashikha, in a Moscow suburb on the Gorky Highway 13 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. The restricted access housing neighborhood has a kindergarten and school, a multi-purpose shopping center with stores and cafeterias, everyday service points, convenient car parking areas, and sports and games grounds. Apartments vary from 34 to 58 square meters in area selling at different prices. An undecorated one-room apartment 37.6 square meters in area sells for 2,370,000 rubles, which works out at 63,000 rubles a square meter. Two-room apartments are also available for sale.

The Springtime housing complex lies very near Podolsk, in the Springtime neighborhood of Pine Grove township 20kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. The complex is built up with solid brickwork houses. The neighborhood is easy to reach by the Simferopol speedway by car, bus, or fixed route taxi from Yuzhnaya or Annino underground railroad station, or by commuter trains to Springtime station on the Kursk railroad.

Customers buying apartments at Sviaz-Bank are allowed liberal terms under a mortgage program extending to apartments in Moscow suburbs – a minimum 20% down payment and a minimum 11% annual interest rate (upon completion of the building project), and a maximum loan repayment period of 30 years.
