OREANDA-NEWS. June 19, 2013. Summer navigation period has started in the primary seaport of the Polar Division of OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel. Nadezhda and Talnakh diesel-electric vessels arrived to Dudinka on June 9, 2013 for roadstead treatment.

The Company’s third diesel-electric vessel – Norilsk Nickel departed for Dudinka from Murmansk.  

Winter navigation period ended on May 15 after Yenisei water level rise and flooding of sea berths. Such event occurs every year in May, internavigational pause lasts approximately one month. MMC Norilsk Nickel continued to fulfill its obligations to customers during the period.
