OREANDA-NEWS. June 19, 2013. NFC will put into operation a new electronic system which is to become the unified platform for the customers of the factoring company.

NFC unites the prior existing independent systems “Electronic Factoring” (the system of electronic document management), “E-Factoring” (the information system consolidating the data on the factoring service) and the certification center. Due to implementation of the new technological solutions and transfer to the programme platform Microsoft Silverlight it became possible to considerably increase the operational speed of the new system and enlarge its functional capabilities.

While implementing innovative solutions in the system, NFC used the knowledge base on behavior of the system users collected within the last decade. Moreover, the solution was developed with consideration of the clients’ requests made within the research on satisfaction with the service quality provided by NFC: thus there is a new option of the individual report creation considering individual needs of the every user, as well as an option of the simultaneous creation of several reports.

The time spent on formation and export of the report was considerably shortened. Besides, the new system employs the electronic signature component “CryptoPro” – the main advantage of this component is its compatibility with the most popular browsers. The process of issuing of the certificates is changed, now it is required only for electronic document management: the order and receipt of the certificate is performed without any assistance of IT-specialists and does not require installation of any complex software. The registration procedure of the new users in the system is much simplified: the authorized representative of the client can register in the system independently.

“IT is a foundation of our strategy aimed at creation of the maximum additional value for customers. It is productivity and user-friendly features of the interface that mainly distinguish the new software solution from its ancestors,” remarks Roman Ogonkov, Chairman of the NFC’s Management Board.

To provide better convenience for the clients NFC offered them the opportunity of simultaneous work in the old and new systems within 7 months (starting from September 2012). During the period of the pilot operation the system was corrected with consideration of 369 requests of the users, thus the system underwent 438 changes and adjustments. NFC excluded any possible risks that could arise at the final transfer of the clients to the new software version.

Pavel Aronovich, Director of the Directorate for Information and Technological Support of NFC informs: “In 2005 the system “Electronic Factoring” registered our first supply; three years later about 97 % of the supplies were transferred to NFC via the electronic document management system. In addition to it, we updated “E-Factoring” with analytical reports simplifying the process of taking managing decisions for the clients. Our next step will be gradual implementation of a trilateral electronic document management system for operation by NFC, our customers and purchasers”.
