TVEL Implements Human Resource Management System
OREANDA-NEWS. The Human Resource Management System on the base of SAP HCM has been implemented at the three enterprises of the TVEL Fuel Company: MSZ OJSC, UEKK OJSC and UZKC LLC. The final eventsof project took place on May 28 and June 4.
The project is a part of the IT transformation program of Rosatom. In the course of its implementation at the enterprises, the following systems became fully automated: organization structure and staff schedule management, personnel record keeping and time keeping, payroll accounting, personnel performance management and labor safety accounting as part of human resources management. At present,the information concerning almost 9 thousandemployees working atMSZ OJSC, UEKK OJSC and UZKC LLC is processed within the system; the system unites 292 users.
The keyobjective of the system implementationatUZKC LLC is to achieve the most efficient management of theenterprises incorporated into the TVEL Fuel Company and the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM. "We have successfully achieved this objective,- summed up in her speech Larisa Prass, Acting HR Deputy Director, UZKC LLC. - One of the most important and time-consuming business processes has been included into the corporate pattern with regard to the specific issues of the enterprises".
The implementation of the Human Resource Management System helped HR services automate routine processes, minimize expenses, resource costs, errors and eliminate duplicate operations in payroll accounting and recording personal employee data.
The words of gratitude to the teams of the enterprises as well as to the executives, managers and administrators of the project were expressed at the final events. Those who had taken upon themselves the main work were honored with special diplomas and gained extra words of thanks. According to the UEKK SAP HCM Project Manager, HR Deputy Director Alexander Dudin, due to the system implementation the project groupsweregetting mature, becoming a real team that was able to quickly and expertly solve all the problems arising.
It is to be recalled that the project was launched a year ago, and on January 1, 2013, the system was put into commercial operation. Thus, today the SAP HCM system unites 6 companies of the Fuel Company (in 2011 the system was implemented at TVEL OJSC, in 2012 –at NZKK OJSC and AEKK OJSC); it processes the information concerning 13 thousand employees. The Fuel Company plans to implementthe system at all the largest enterprises of the Fuel Division by 2015.
