OREANDA-NEWS. ‘Expert RA’ rating agency confirmed ‘VOKBANK’ creditworthiness rating A, which means high credit solvency; the rating outlook is stable.

‘VOKBANK’ rating is supported by low concentration of active transactions on major credit risk items, a good balance of assets and liabilities, by their maturities, in the short- and long-terms and high loan portfolio security. The Agency estimated the high securities portfolio quality and the high share of ‘long’ liabilities positively.

Insufficiently conservative loan provisioning policy and insufficiently high loan portfolio quality became the main factors restraining the Bank’s creditworthiness. De-concentrated ownership structure also pressurized the rating.
