OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2013. The Court of Appeals of Lithuania upheld the decision of Kaunas District Court of 2nd May 2013 in civil case No B2-1786-254/2013 by which bankruptcy proceedings were initiated on Ukio bankas, JSC.

Thus, the decision regarding the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings came into force on 7th June 2013. Valnetas, Co. Ltd., legal entity code   135778275, address – Kestucio St. 58- 3, Kaunas, has been appointed as the bank’s bankruptcy administrator.

Please be aware that the decision of Kaunas District Court dated 2nd May 2013 on the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings on Ukio bankas, JSC determined a period of one month after the date when the decision to initiate bankruptcy proceedings comes into effect for the submission of Ukio bankas, JSC financial creditor claims that had emerged before the date of initiation of bankruptcy proceedings.

Please be informed that all creditors of Ukio bankas, JSC will be informed of the time limits and their creditor claim making procedure with sent notices and creditor claim submission forms.   Information for creditors will be announced at www.ub.lt.
