OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2013. A ceremony to give long service awards to employees of Kapital Bank has been held at the Bank`s headquarters.

The evaluation of employees` service experience is carried out on the basis of the rules approved by the decision of Kapital Bank`s Supervisory Board dated April 14, 2011. The move is aimed at encouraging the Bank`s employees with a long, continuous service experience, and stimulate their interest in job. The evaluation stars from the first five years of the employee`s service experience.

The award-giving ceremony provided an insight into the “Rules of the evaluation of service experience of employees in Kapital Bank”, and into the implementation of these rules. HR department managment congratulated the awarded employees.

The Bank`s employees were awarded with a congratulatory letter from the Chairman of Board, special badges and keepsakes. The awarded included the employee who has a 35-year service experience at the Bank.

Kapital Bank has the richest history of banking activity in Azerbaijan. It has functioned since 1874.
