OREANDA-NEWS. June 17, 2013. In May 2013, Surgutneftegas produced about 5.209 mn tonnes of crude oil, at the previous year level (5.187 mn tonnes).

Within the fifth month of the current year, crude output in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) reached 606,500 tonnes, a 11% increase from crude output in the region in May 2012.

In May 2013, gas production amounted to about 1.035 bcm.

In-house drilling in May of this year reached 469,300 meters of rock including exploratory drilling exceeding 16,000 meters. Compared to the same period of the previous year, increase in the Company exploratory drilling meterage amounted to about 10%.
