OREANDA-NEWS. The balancing and start up of industrial process systems and electrical equipment, as well as of CPCS of the Institute reactor facility are performed by JSC TITANENERGONALADKA.

Currently, the electricians and commissioning mechanics of the Holding's subsidiary are working on a set of commissioning works as part of the preparation and individual tests of the Institute reactor facility that is being constructed in the territory of the B.P, Konstantinov St. Petersburg Institute of Nuclear Physics in the suburban town of Gatchina, Leningrad Region. According to the agreement, in 2013 the specialists of JSC TITANENERGONALADKA will complete the following:

• commissioning of instrumentation channels and executive channels for automatic systems and security management systems alarm of the reactor unit and process unit of the 1 circuit;

• commissioning of electrical distribution panels in the processing block of the first circuit;

• pre-commissioning of analogue and digital signals at the back-up control board of technological protections;

• adjustment of alarm warning systems, automatic fire-fighting and fire warning;

• commissioning of the electrical system of the building of disel generating standby electric power station:

reliable power distribution network,

lighting systems,

control panels for automatic equipment and exhaust and intake ventilation systems, smoke removal systems and automation of fire dampers;

• commissioning of reserve control room;

• commissioning of communications system at PS-58A substation.

Currently, the company has completed the commissioning of the new low-voltage distribution network panels at the reactor block, as well as power distribution panels 220/380 of the ventilation centre. In the laboratory of neutron research were adjusted automatic fire alarms and automatic fire-fighting systems. Commissioning of reliable power supply sections and cabinets of operating current control of the building are underway. In the LRW building the company is working on commissioning the electrical heating unit and a modular package transformer substation.

During the work on the transformer substation PS-58A the specialists have carried out commissioning of the communication system.
