OREANDA-NEWS. June 14, 2013. The Republic of Belarus hosted the XXIII International exhibition Belagro-2013. A delegation of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine led by Director of the department of engineering and technical maintenance and agricultural machine building Olexandr Hryhorovych participated in its work.

In the frames of the event there were held work meetings dedicated to issues of Ukrainian-Belarusian cooperation in agro-industrial complex and negotiations in agriculture machine building.

“Between Ukraine and Belarus agricultural machine building is being developed actively and mutually beneficially. The example of it appears joint production and sales on Ukraine’s markets of MTZ tractors, grain harvesters made by Gomsilmash and other agricultural equipment and machinery,” Olexandr Hryhorovych emphasized.   

According to the Director of the department, the exhibition demonstrated modern achievements of all branches of agricultural field of Belarus and confirmed achieved understandings concerning further cooperation between Belarus and Ukraine.
