OREANDA-NEWS. Following the meeting on 5 June 2013, the Board of Directors of Uralkali (LSE: URKA; the Company), one of the world’s largest potash producers, has made the following decisions.

The Board of Directors has re-elected its Chairman Alexander Voloshin and elected Sir Robert Margetts as Deputy Chairman of the Board.

The members of the Board formed Board Committees. Independent directors again joined all Board Committees.

Uralkali’s Board also elected the new Management Board which includes:
