The report and rankings are the result of a comprehensive online company review and employee satisfaction survey that employees voluntarily and anonymously completed, which included the question – 'Do you believe your company’s business outlook will get better, stay the same or get worse in the next six month?' TCS received an overall score of over three and a quarter stars (3.3) out of five and received high marks in the categories of culture and values, career opportunities and work / life balance among others.
