In order to obtain the ideal conditions of uniform composition and stable properties, one of the intermediate alloys is used to substitute for the master alloy in the production of amorphous alloy strips, but this had been the solution on the level of the theory and the ideas for the process. Now TISCO successfully developed the intermediate alloy.

The mass production and inspection to the product shows that the amorphous and nanocrystalline strips produced with this intermediate alloy have the advantages of uniform composition, good toughness, improved magnetism and low production costs.
 
Amorphous alloy is a high-tech new material which combines the advantages of energy-saving in manufacturing and application together. The thickness of the amorphous and nanocrystalline strips is only 22-38mm, it is the key for the miniaturization of the medium- and high-frequency electromagnetic elements and has the broad market prospect.
 
The successful development of the intermediate alloy will bring the metallurgical technologies of amorphous alloy in TISCO up to the best level in China and lay solid foundation for opening the market and forming the large-scale production.
