OREANDA-NEWS. June 11, 2013. SORAINEN Lithuania assisted Technopolis, a listed real estate company that specialises in leasing space, in completing a transaction involving acquisition of Alfa, Beta and Gama office buildings in Vilnius totalling 42,300 m2 of rentable space.

With a value of over EUR 62 million this is the largest commercial real estate acquisition in Lithuania in 2013.
