OREANDA-NEWS. PJSC "Ukrsotsbank", which operates under the UniCredit Bank trade mark, entered the rating list of the most comfortable banks of Ukraine. According to the research, held by the edition "Focus", the Bank was recognized among one of the Top-three leaders of the rating.

In particular, PJSC "Ukrsotsbank", UniCredit Bank™, ranked 3rd position out of 30 available in this rating by having gained in total 186 overall scores under all appraisal parameters.

It should be noted that the weekly edition "Focus" first of all evaluated the level of banks comfort for the individual clients. The overall score under all appraisal parameters was used when defining the most comfortable banks. Among them there were:

appraisal of the quantity of bank branches, the quantity of branches, open on Saturdays and after 18.00; the quantity of own and partner ATMs; the cost of cash desk service for public utilities payments; the cost of current account opening; availability of mortgages and 24H call-center; availability of online-banking and deposit program with free withdrawals and replenishments without losing accrued interests; centers of 24H service; minimal per annum deposit rate for 12 months in UAH; maximal efficient rate for unsecured cash lending, including for credit cards.
