OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2013. On the eve of transfer of outlets of the largest in the structure of PJSC "Кreditprombank" Donbaska branch to the brand of JSC "Delta Bank" the working visit of the Chairman of the Management Board of Kreditprombank Vitalii Oleksandrovych Masiura to the branch was held.

As a reminder, the branch is an age mate of the bank, this year it celebrates the 16th anniversary. The network of outlets in the region includes 22 points of sale and is represented not only in Donetsk (where 9 outlets are placed) but in the other large oblast cities as well: Krasnoarmiisk and Kramatorsk, Makiivka and Mariupol, Mariinka, Artemivsk, Sloviansk. In addition, Donbaska branch services the largest in Kreditprombank customer pool of legal entities – about 2600 enterprises.

The branch is especially proud of the investment projects launched by its customers supported by Kreditprombank. Тhus, actually a lot of projects are already implemented or are in progress, in particular, related to construction of the conveyer belt manufacturing plant, mini metallurgy plant, supermarkets, complexes on production and processing of agricultural products, construction of residential and administrative buildings. They produce new work places in Donetsk region, develop infrastructure and improve life standards.

During his visit the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank Vitalii Masiura visited the structural subunits of the branch, including the outlet № 1, which is the largest by volume of customer base and transactions performed. During the meetings with the management those issues were discussed that appear in the process of integration of Kreditprombank and Delta Bank, the strategy of advancement of the financial group of the banker Mykola Lagun in the region.

Vitalii Oleksandrovych held some business meetings with the management of the enterprises serviced with Kreditprombank, the prospects of investment into development, implementation of payroll projects, performance of international settlements were considered, etc.

Vitalii Masiura praised cordially the team of Donbaska branch: "Friendly, merry, ambitious command, which managed to establish both the profitable business and the high-level services appreciated by many customers".

The Chairman of the Management Board of Kreditprombank also assured that the synergy attained from the integration with Delta will open new opportunities both for the branch customers and for the key staff: "...we mean the business of absolutely new scale, the positive social and economic effect from which will be noticed by everyone involved into process".
