OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2013. A meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "TANECO" was held in Nizhnekamsk (Tatarstan) after the completion of the annual general meeting of JSC "TANECO"'s shareholders, where Nail Maganov, First Deputy General Director - Head of URNiN of JSC TATNEFT was elected as Chairman of the Board.

The Board of Directors approved the production plans, technical, economic and financial results of JSC "TANECO" for the 3rd quarter of 2013.

The meeting reviewed the budget performance of JSC "TANECO" in April and approved the budget for June.

A standard was adopted for preparation of the Directorate report on the results of financial and economic activities of the Company during the period past to improve the efficiency of the production management.

The Board of Directors also considered a number of other issues of JSC "TANECO" activities.
