OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2013. Monetary reserves of the National Bank of Moldova made up USD 2 billion 475.32 million, USD4.84 million (0.2%) up as compared with the previous reporting week

As of May, 24 they were equal to USD 2 billion 470.48 million, the National Bank of Moldova informs. Since the beginning of the year they have decreased USD 39.68 million or 1.6%.

The all-time peak of monetary reserves of Moldova was registered on February, 1, 2013, when they made up USD 2 billion 525.01 million. In 2012, monetary reserves of Moldova increased USD 549.7 million, or 28%, being USD 2 billion 515 million as of December, 31, 2012.
