OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2013. Through January-May of 2013 the combined budget received UAH 172.8 bln. It is by UAH 3.4 bln more than over the respective period of last year. This was announced by Minister of Incomes and Fees Olexandr Klymenko during a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

“Organizational and functional joining of tax and customs services, integration of databases have given us additional tools for de-shadowing of economics. As a result we could have managed not only to preserve, but to increase the level of revenues of the state budget without strengthening of fiscal pressure,” Olexandr Klymenko explained.

Over five months of the current year the state budget obtained UAH 136.7 bln, the local budgets received UAH 36.1 bln. 

The general fund of the state budget have gathered UAH 130.8 bln, which exceeds by UAH 2.4 the showing of January – May of 2012. 

Rates of growth of payments are completely adjusted to the speed of economic growth. In particular, the speed of growing of general fund payments into the state budget have amounted 4.8% over the fiscal period, while production of industrial goods have reduced by 4.2% over January-March.

It should be noted, by an Order of the president of Ukraine of December 24, 2012 the Ministry of Incomes and Fees was formed by re-organizing the State Tax Service of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
