OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2013. In Ukraine there will be made an official list of recruiting agencies. Deputy Minister of the Department of labour market and employment of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine Oleh Prutenko announced.

According to him, a relevant norm is envisaged by the Order of forming and filling the list of economy subjects, who render services in mediation in employment services and economy subjects who hire employees for further fulfillment of working duties with other employers, which was approved recently by the Cabinet of Ministers.

“The approved Order will enable creating of a single official list of all human resource and recruiting agencies acting in Ukraine. So, the citizens will have a chance to find out reliable information about acting mediators in the employment area. Besides, it will afford to organize cooperation between these mediators and territorial bodies of the State Employment Service,” he has said.

Oleh Prutenko explained, this list will comprise mediators who render employment services in Ukraine and behind its limits and also hire employees for further fulfillment of duties in Ukraine with other employer (outsourcing).

“To make this list maximally complete and objective the State Employment Service will collaborate with Ukrainian State Registration Service in the order determined by the Ministry of Social Policy and the Justice Ministry. Applications about including into it will be given by mediators themselves,” he explained.  

At the same time, according to the expert, the State Employment Service will exclude mediators from the list if their permission or license is void or the mediator terminates his activity.
