OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2013. China Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") convened its Board meeting and a Special Shareholders’ Meeting to elect Mr. Hu Huaibang to serve as the Bank's Executive Director and Chairman of the Board.

The China Banking Regulatory Commission has approved Mr. Hu Huaibang's qualifications.

We thereby announce that Mr. Hu Huaibang is now the Bank’s Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Strategic Development and Investment Management Committee.
