OREANDA-NEWS. During the official visit of the Prime Minister of SRV Nguyen Tan Dung to the Russian Federation "Zarubezhneft" JSC and "Petrovietnam" OGC signed two documents on joint activity – Memorandum of understanding and Agreement on establishment of the joint drilling company. The documents were signed by the General Director of "Zarubezhneft" JSC Sergey Kudryashov and the General Director of "Petrovietnam" OGC Do Van Hau.

In particular, Memorandum of understanding provides further expansion and extension of partnership relations between the two state companies and consideration of the questions of entry into new projects in Vietnam, Russia and the third countries.
