Ukraine Elaborates Plan of Interstate Innovation Projects
OREANDA-NEWS. June 07, 2013. At the Government’s session Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has instructed the State Agency for Science, Innovations and Informatization, Volodymyr Petrovych Semynozhenko to elaborate a Governmental plan of realization of interstate innovation projects in the CIS frames, which Ukraine is to join.
“I commission the State Agency for Science, Innovations and Informatization, Volodymyr Petrovych Semynozhenko to elaborate a Governmental plan of realization of projects which Ukraine is to join, to submit it to the Government’s consideration and to organize control of implementation of this plan in the aftermath,” Mykola Azarov has ordered.
He stressed Ukraine pays huge attention to the innovation cooperation with CIS partners.
The Premier singled out among a series of signed in Minsk documents a decision about the List of pilot interstate innovation projects of the Interstate program of innovation cooperation of states-participants of the CIS up to 2020.
Mykola Azarov stressed that “to step to the level of developed economies of the world proves possible only owing to our own scientific discoveries, which are introduced into our own revolutionary technologies, manufactured as our own unique marketable proposition”.
According to him, the potential of industrial and technological cooperation in the CIS enables to achieve success in various economic branches, where scientific teams, producers and marketing decisions take leadership positions: from aero-space field to nuclear technologies and nanotechnologies.
“That’s why we welcome that there has been elaborated, agreed and approved a package comprising eleven interstate innovation projects of the Interstate program of innovation cooperation of the states-participants of the CIS up to 2020. They include creating of research technologies and technological lines for the production of diamond plates for the up-to-date cutting and drilling tool; development of supercomputer centres infrastructure in the interests of innovation development of the CIS member-states; creating of hardware and software complex of management of international transport corridors spread along the territories of the CIS member-countries. And also up-to-date test-systems for serological analysis of hepatitis etc.,” Mykola Azarov has told.
At this, the Premier accented: “Such blueprints fill with real sense the declarations on scientific-technical and economic cooperation. Hence, they should be paid priority attention.”
