FAS Initiated Case against NIISU Federal State Unitary Enterprise
OREANDA-NEWS. June 07, 2013. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated a case against “NIISU” Federal State Unitary Enterprise upon signs of violating Part 1 Article 15 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.
“NIISU” is subordinate to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and is the head organization for standardizing defence products in the aviation industry.
Under No.822 Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, “NIISU” must exercise the state functions for disseminating industry standards for manufacturing titanium fixing systems from BT-6 alloy for assembling aviation equipment and storing their original versions.
“NIISU” also must have determined the procedures for disseminating industry documentation. However, “NIISU” failed to exercise it, which can restrict entry of potential participants to the market of titanium fixing systems.
