Construction of 2nd Phase of Bypass around Dnipropetrovsk Made by 25%
OREANDA-NEWS. June 06, 2013. Government develops a logistics potential of Ukraine. This year will be held construction works and repair on almost 600 objects of road infrastructure. One of them is the second phase of the construction of bypass road around Dnipropetrovsk (7 km).
Currently, work is already done by 25%. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Vilkul during the off-site meeting in Dnipropetrovsk.
Bypass road around Dnipropetrovsk is the largest infrastructure project in the Dnipropetrovsk region for 20 years of independence of Ukraine.
The total length of the bypass around Dnipropetrovsk will be 61.5 km. It connects four roads: Znamyanka- Luhansk-Izvaryne, Kharkiv-Simferopol-Alushta-Yalta, Boryspol-Dnepropetrovsk-Zaporizhya and Dnepropetrovsk-Mykolaiv. Construction is carried in 4-phases and scheduled for completion by the end of 2014.
It was reported that among the key projects of the Government of this year - the construction of bypass roads around regional centers, cities and towns of countries (Kyiv, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Simferopol, Lubny (Poltava region) Reni (Odesa region) Znamianka (Kirovograd region), Dunaiivtsy (Khmelnytskyi region), Rokoshyno village (Zakarpattya region).
There will be continued work on the largest infrastructure project in Ukraine - the construction of two highway bridges across the Dnipro River in Kyiv.
