OREANDA-NEWS. On 4 June 2013 the 6th international exhibition Air Cargo Europe opens in Munich. In the frames of this event the world largest air cargo transport and logistics conference is being held. Air Cargo Europe is recognized by the world experts as one of the key events in aviation industry.

Moscow Domodedovo Airport is a regular participant of Air Cargo Europe exhibition. The airports exposition will represent work of the largest airport of Russia to audience. Domodedovo specialists will answer questions about airport functioning, its air cargo projects, Domodedovo plans and prospects in this field.

Air Cargo Europe is held every two years, expanding continuously. This year the show is expanding again, with the inclusion of an additional exhibition hall – the current total stands at over 2,000 companies from 63 countries on the space over 11,000 square meters with an expected audience numbering in excess of 50,000 trade visitors.

Moscow Domodedovo Airport — is the largest one of Russia, in 2012 the airport served 28,2 million people. It joins the category of the largest airports in Europe on the classification of the Airports Council International (ACI) and on results of 2012 became one of three European airports with the highest dynamic development. Since 2009 it is ranked as the best airport in Eastern Europe by Skytrax. Domodedovo is chosen for flights by member airlines of two largest global airline alliances — Star Alliance and oneworld.
