OREANDA-NEWS. June 05, 2013. On the data of State Architecture and Building Inspection, in Ukraine in the first quarter of this year there were put in exploitation by 50% more of accommodation objects than in last year. It is over 3 mln square meters or over 27 thousand of flats.

The Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexandr Vilkul informed that over the mentioned period the largest amounts of putting in exploitation of housing objects were fixed in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (398,7 thousand square meters); in Kyiv region (289,9 thousand square meters), in Kyiv (280 thousand square meters); in Odessa region (238,4 thousand square meters) and Donetsk region (170,9 thousand square meters).

As was informed earlier, from the year’s start the number of construction sites in the frames of realization of the Available accommodation programs has grown ninefold in Ukraine. In particular, construction activities are being held in Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kyiv, Mykolayiv, Odessa, Kharkiv regions and in Kyiv and Sevastopol. There have been prepared in the regions 43 land plots for erection of 194 residential buildings with the total area of over 1.2 million square meters. It is more than 22 thousand of flats.   

“In 2010-2012 owing to the state support 6 thousand of Ukrainian families had become owners of flats. From the start of this year another 1246 families have obtained their own flats. In 2013 the state envisages financing to render assistance in purchase of apartments to 6 700 families,” Olexandr Vilkul has said.

The Vice Prime Minister informed earlier that the Government was elaborating the Program of construction of available accommodation. According to the mentioned Program it is planned to build 30-50 thousand available housing objects annually.
