OREANDA-NEWS. Eddie Astanin, Chairman of the Executive Board, National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia’s central securities depository, has been elected the member of the Exchange Committee of Stock company Saint-Petersburg Currency Exchange (SPCEX SC) and the member of the Board of Directors of St. Petersburg Settlement Center (SPSC) following the resolutions made by the companies’ annual general meetings of shareholders.
