More Than 1 Million Citizens Use Moscow State Services Portal
OREANDA-NEWS. The millionth user was registered on the Moscow state and municipal services portal (MSSP) in May. The revised version of MSSP launched in March 2012 was developed and is maintained by Armada (MICEX-RTS: ARMD) for the government of Moscow.
"Moscow is the leader among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation as related to the level of provision of electronic services and we are proud of the significant contribution of Armada’s specialists in achieving this result", said Roman Kruglyakov, General Director of Armada JSC .
Presently 85 state and municipal services are available in the electronic form on the portal, among them such socially important services as making an appointment with the doctor, registration of children for a hobby group or for school, issue of permits for freight transport, payment of different charges, including fines of the State Road Safety Inspectorate.
Provision of services in the electronic form became available due to the use by the Moscow government authorities and other organizations of the Automated System for Provision of Public and Municipal Services and Functions (AS PSF) also developed by the specialists of Armada. Presently the system joins almost 10,000 users from more than 900 organizations and constitutes the largest system in the Russian Federation.
