OREANDA-NEWS. June 04, 2013. The regions have fulfilled a task of a Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexandr Vilkul and over five months there have been completed updating of bridge building documents, namely general plans.

“Updating of bridge building documents and simplifying of permission procedures appear prerequisites of the development of building industry. If in the beginning of 2013 only 22% of towns and regions had renewed bridge building documents, by now the work has been completed all around Ukraine,” Olexandr Vilkul has said.

Owing to the taken measures in the current year the number of new construction objects have grown by 28% in comparison to the analogous period of last year and made up 4 thousand 585.

The following step must become elaboration of bridge building documents in suburban areas of cities. Including the fact that the regions have to elaborate zoning and a detailed plan of territories in regional centers, towns of regional and district subordination and primarily in the inhabited localities, in which there is observed vivid investment activity. This work must be completed by 2015.
