This year, representatives of more than 40 manufacturers and suppliers of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, as well as international experts in electronic document management (EDM) attended the event. The participants to the conference shared their success stories and discussed ECM/EDM market trends.

At its booth, IBA Group presented:

Cloud Chancellor, a new solution of IBA Group with online EDM service. Based on IBM Xpages, Cloud Chancellor allows for creation of a full-fledged document management system while minimizing costs. In addition, it is possible to increase processing power when necessary.

Electronic archive based on IBM FileNet, a system designed to maintain electronic archive at large-scale companies. The archive serves as a repository of electronic documents and supports the hard copy archives.

- online remote work with the EDM system using mobile devices and web browser

- working offline with subsequent document synchronization in the Chancellor EDM system via Apple iPad or Apple iPad2 mobile devices.

IBA Group organized a vendor workshop on IBM FileNet-based systems for large-scale companies and delivered a number of presentations on electronic workflow systems and archives.
