OREANDA-NEWS. In the turbine hall of the power unit 1 of the Leningrad NPP-2 has finished the installation of lighting fixtures. The work has been carried out by specialists of the leading electrical company of the Holding Titan-2 - JSC Sosnovoborelektromontazh.

Overhead lights on the beams of roof slabs was installed at levels +16.00 and +19.50. During electrical work were installed three cabinets for lighting, along with the installation of 99 hanging lamps and other electrical equipment.

Electricians have installed and connected suspended lamps with integrated ballast of 400W, type HBA 400S manufactured by “Light Technology” (Russia). The capacity of lighting system is 4 kW. The total area of the illuminated premises is over 6,000m2.

The final installation of the turbine hall lighting systems and its acceptance by the customer is an important condition for the upcoming installation of main technological equipment of the first power unit of Leningrad NPP-2 – the turbine unit consisting of a turbine, generator and other equipment of the second circuit of the Plant.
