OREANDA-NEWS. May 31, 2013. BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT Company, the Energy Consulting Group, has been chosen by the Ministry of Culture for providing the All-Russian Contest "The best practice of executive authorities in constituent entities of the Russian Federation".

The contest envisages the assessment of work of executive authorities in 83 constituent entities of the Russian Federation in compliance with the system of indicators and assessment technique developed by specialists of our Company. The assessment enables to rank regions. The results will be used by the Ministry of Culture for identification and fostering the best practices of executive authorities in the area of culture.
