OREANDA-NEWS. May 31, 2013. During the session of the Cabinet of Ministers Prime Minister Mykola Azarov emphasized that local authorities should not approve raise of tariffs for the population.

“If somewhere locally there occurs “pruritus” to increase tariffs, we should apply power and stop such “enthusiasts”. Firstly, such authority is clothed to local self-government, it should protect vigorously interests of the society,” Mykola Azarov explained and added: “In case there are not enough local forces – just address the Government, we will approve the right decision”.
