OREANDA-NEWS. May 30, 2013. A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC TATNEFT, chaired by R.N. Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held in Almetyevsk.

The Board of Directors meeting reviewed the budget performance of JSC TATNEFT for four months in 2013 and approved the budget for June of the current year, and also discussed the results of the Company's financial and economic activities during the first quarter of the current year.

TATNEFT produced from the Company's fields 6 million 424 thousand tons of crude oil in the first three months of this year. The above-the-plan production amounted to 160,000 tons of crude oil.

The participants of the meeting discussed the plans for crude oil production and geological and technical measures to be implemented at JSC TATNEFT in 2014-2015. The Company is currently developing 84 oil fields. According to the assessment of the "Miller and Lents" auditors the Company's proved oil reserves amount to 869.2 million tons as of 2012. The tendency to stabilizing the annual crude oil production plan volume sill be continued.

The Board of Directors was briefed on the results of auditing the financial and economic activities of JSC TATNEFT in 2012 performed by JSC "Energy Consulting/Audit" and the Audit Committee of the Company, as well as on the report of the activities results during the last year and the annual financial statements.

The Board of Directors also discussed the information on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC TATNEFT and a number of other issues of the Company's activities.
