OREANDA-NEWS. May 30, 2013. During its session the Government has made changes to measures of economical and rational use of state funds envisaged for the maintenance of state authorities and other state bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations set up in the determined order by the state authorities that use funds of the state budget.

Respective measures were determined with a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 22, 2008 “On the economical use of state funds”.

The changes envisage making payments for organization of catering service (apart from expenses for foodstuffs) in the limits of a sum not exceeding 2.25 percent of general expenses of estimates of the relevant state body. 

However, such restrictions shall not be spread to educational institutions of all accreditation types and levels, institutions of social protection and assistance. Besides, this norm shall not apply to organization of nutrition of officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations and special law enforcement agencies.
