OREANDA-NEWS. May 29, 2013. The Cabinet of Ministers adopts decisions directed to imporvement of market pricing. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov announced in Facebook.

“The Cabinet of Ministers adopts enough decisions called to improve market price forming,” he said answering questions of a social network’s user concerning revealing a collusion concerning significant reduction of purchasing prices for milk taken from villagers by an agricultural service cooperative in one of the inhabited localities. 

The Premier emphasized that he did not consider the market was capable to independently regulate everything. On the contrary, the modern economics demands certain state regulation.  

A human factor is also significant. At this, Mykola Azarov noted that people had to elect a competent and decent person as a head of cooperative.
