OREANDA-NEWS. May 28, 2013. PPS Pipeline Systems and Klaipedos nafta concluded an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract for a Natural Gas Pipeline System valued at over EUR 33 million.

The contract, forming an integral part of the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) terminal construction in Klaipeda, was awarded to PPS Pipeline Systems following a lengthy and complex public procurement procedure which included litigation in the Lithuanian courts after the other tenderer had challenged the procurement procedure.
