OREANDA-NEWS. There was held a solemn award ceremony of the winners of the All-Ukrainian Rating “Prompt taxpayers – 2012” organized by the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine.

The award ceremony of 64 winners was held in 11 nominations by three categories: large, medium size and small companies. In particular, two years running NIBULON obtained a title “Prompt taxpayer in the agrarian sector” in the category “large companies”. A Diploma and a statuette, a symbol of the All-Ukrainian Rating, portrayed as a woman that combines an image of Ukraine and Glory were presented to NIBULON’s General Director, Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Vadaturskyy by First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergiy Arbuzov on the stage of Freedom Concert Hall.

Presence of officials is evidence of the event importance. Among them were Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Igor Prasolov, Minister of Finance of Ukraine Yuriy Kolobov, Minister of Incomes and Dues of Ukraine Oleksandr Klymenko, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Vitaliy Zaharchenko, First Deputy Head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Igor Kaletnik, President of Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine Valentyna Arbuzova, and others.

NIBULON, having become the first among large companies of its sector, won a well-deserved place among such powerful and well-known winners of the rating as Snezhka-Ukraine Ltd. – construction sector, SE Ukrmetrteststandard – scientific and cultural sector, TV Broadcasting Company “Studio 1+1” – mass-media sector, PJSC Farmak – medical sector, UKRNAFTGAZINVEST Ltd – heavy industry, PJSC Kyiv paperboard plant – light industry, PJSC Carlsberg Ukraine – food industry sector, Kyivstar – transport and communication sector, Farmatron Ltd – trade and services sector, PJSC ING Bank Ukraine -  sector of financial, bank and insurance activities and others.

NIBULON is a conscientious taxpayer with a high tax culture level. The company pays all the taxes fully and in time. In 2012 NIBULON paid UAH 206.1 mln of different taxes and dues to the budgets of all levels. It is by 6.8% more than in 2011. Totally, in 2009-2012 the company paid UAH 638 mln to the budgets and funds of different levels. According to the State Tax Inspection, NIBULON is acknowledged as one of the best taxpayers in Mykolayiv region. NIBULON’s active investment activity contributes to ensuring of additional budget receipts from other partners of the company.

The ceremony started with a congratulatory address of President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych. President of Ukraine thanked the participants for performing tax obligations conscientiously and contributing to the future of our country. President of Ukraine noted that due to daily work of our winners, their honesty and persistence there took place economic changes and increase in people’s welfare in the country.

“Unfortunately, there is spread a myth about incompatibility of prompt tax payment with doing business efficiently. However, the laureates disprove this dangerous myth by their activities. Besides, each company, paying taxes honestly, makes its partners do business transparently”, said Sergiy Arbuzov. First Vice Prime Minister mentioned that the agrarians did not only fill the budget but also ensured a significant part of receipts to Ukraine. “Each fourth hryvna obtained from export is provided by the companies of agro-industrial complex”, he added.

The goal of the Rating is to create favourable conditions for further development of business and recognition of the best achievements of legal entities, taxpayers. Among the contest criteria there are an amount of paid taxes, level of average wage and charitable expenses of a participant for 2012. Besides, there were estimated tax discipline and the number of people employed legally.

“It is pleasant that you, the Rating winners, continue to carry the status of a prompt taxpayer with dignity and to support high standards of your profession”, mentioned Valentyna Arbuzova. She thanked all the winners for improving living standards of every Ukrainian.

The winners of the Rating paid taxes in the amount of about UAH 14 bln according to the results of 2012. And the quantity of workplaces created by the winners of the All-Ukrainian Rating is 33 thousand.

Almost 2000 companies being profit taxpayers participated in the Rating. Being selected at the regional level 351 participants competed for a win at the All-Ukrainian level.
