OREANDA-NEWS. Gathering for their Annual General Meeting, shareholders of Settlement Depository Company (Closed Joint Stock Company) (SDCO (CJSC)) have elected the new Board of Directors. Eddie Astanin, Chairman of the Executive Board, National Settlement Depository (NSD), have been elected the member of the Board.

Among other members of the company’s Board were Larisa Azimova, SDCO (CJSC); Pyotr Bakayev, JSC "GAZPROM"; Sergei Gorbachenko, National Clearing Center; Igor Dmitriyev, JSC "GAZPROM"; Yuri Dubin, Sberbank; Alexander Kolomiyets, GPB (OJSC); Vladimir Melentyev, GPB (OJSC); Alexei Rybnikov, CJSC SPIMEX; Arkady Samokhvalov, Rosneft Oil Company; Vladimit Tatsiy, GPB (OJSC).
