These data are automatically transferred from the bank to the database of ‘Ukrzaliznytsia’ that will significantly speed up the exchange of e-ticket at the ticket office and will allow avoiding mistakes when inputting customer’s data. Buying a few tickets in the bank at once, you should specify the name and surname of each passenger without submission of any ID papers.

E-tickets bought via PrivatBank before April 6th, 2013 can be exchanged for a paper passanger tickets out of queue at the ticket office of railway station in case one of the passengers shows his/her ID paper. Boarding on the train is proceeded in accordance with the new order that requires obligatory submission of identification documents.
