For instance, you may receive preliminary decision by calling the Information Center 0 800 500 450 (free of charge if using regular phones throughout Ukraine), or by filling in on-line form at the Bank website. Having preliminary decision, the Client may at once address the nearest branch of the Bank to discuss lending details (in case income, declared while receiving preliminary decision, and absence of negative credit history, are confirmed).

The client who has not yet selected the Bank or loan program or the client who has doubts about getting car loan may use feedback form at the Bank website. The form allows receiving any consultation as regards car loan programs. The Borrower just needs to indicate convenient for communication time and wait for the call of specialist.
