OREANDA-NEWS. In April 2013, Surgutneftegas produced about 5.043 mn tonnes of crude oil, at the previous year level (5.034 mn tonnes).

Within the fourth month of the current year, crude output in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) reached 584,800 tonnes, a 12% increase from crude output in the region in April 2012.

In April 2013, gas production amounted to about 1.005 bcm.

In-house drilling in April of this year reached 425,000 meters of rock including exploratory drilling exceeding 17,000 meters. Compared to the same period of the previous year, increase in the Company development drilling meterage amounted to about 8% and in exploratory drilling – to 18%.
