Estimation of bank reliability by the periodical involves evaluation of the following parameters: capital adequacy ratio, bank liquidity, share of raised funds at interbank lending market. The magazine experts consider such parameters to exclude judgmental estimate and give an overview of bank stability. For the purpose of objective assessment state and foreign financial organizations were excluded from the ranking as they are apparently supported by powerful shareholders.
