OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of Protek OJSC at its meeting recommended to the annual general shareholders’ meeting to distribute the profit in the form of payment of dividends in the amount of RUR 2 billion 530 million, including taxes, amounting to RUR4.8 per share, including taxes.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the annual general shareholders’ meeting and receive dividends shall be compiled as of May 08, 2013.

The annual general shareholders’ meeting has been scheduled for June 25, 2013.
